Jonathan Greenspahn is the host of Unlocking Naples and a partner on The Unlocking Naples real estate team at The Agency Naples. With a track record of performance and local market expertise, Jonathan and his team achieved more than $81 million in Naples real estate sales in 2025 and over $140 million across the last two years.

A natural storyteller with a Broadcast Journalism degree from American University, Jonathan brings a polished, engaging presence to the show—shaped further by his entrepreneurial background as a founder and managing partner of a multiple award-winning restaurant in the 2000s. His real estate experience spans renovations and ground-up residential projects, including spec homes in Naples and multifamily properties across Illinois, Iowa, Wisconsin, and Florida.

Beyond real estate, Jonathan is a lifelong sports fan and car enthusiast (including Formula 1), and a former marathoner and Ironman. His goal with Unlocking Naples is simple: to highlight what makes Naples truly special—and to showcase a community that offers something for every lifestyle and every interest.
